Invictum Mare Partner Program
Term of the Agreement: The agreement between you and Invictum Mare as an affiliate partner will commence upon our acceptance of your application and will remain in effect until either party terminates it. Termination can occur at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Commissions will only be earned on confirmed yacht charters resulting from lead itineraries submitted during the active term.
Commission: For every lead itinerary that leads to a jet booking and subsequent bookings resulting directly from that lead, we will pay you a profit share of 20%. Occasionally, we may run promotions, and you will receive notifications via email regarding any changes to commissions or bonuses.
Modification: We hold the right to modify any terms and conditions of this agreement at our sole discretion. In the event of such changes, we will notify active affiliates via email. Your continued participation in the program after receiving a change notice will signify your acceptance of the modified terms.
Limitation of Liability: Invictum Mare shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
Spyware / Spam: We strictly prohibit the use of spyware, adware, spam, or parasiteware techniques for generating traffic. We reserve the right to investigate affiliates and their activities to determine if such practices are employed. Any affiliate found violating this policy will be promptly terminated from the program, forfeiting all commissions.
Account Purge: We reserve the right to periodically purge inactive accounts. An account shall be considered inactive if it has not been logged into or received traffic for a consecutive period of 90 days. Inactive accounts may be removed from the program, and any accrued commissions shall be forfeited.
Payment: Commission payments will be made 14 days after the completion of a yacht charter.
By submitting your application and participating in the Invictum Mare Partner Program , you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

We provide a customized payment solution, and we will let you know how much money you’ve earned for successful booking confirmations that were made using your referral. You can also check this in your Affiliate dashboard.
14 days after a verified charter has ended, affiliates are paid by wire transfer.
*This level of professionalism is required for all parties. Because we want to make sure that any issues during the charter are resolved by the brokers, yacht managers, and owners before the clients disembark the boat, we only pay brokers when charters are successfully completed. Due to the additional administrative and legal labor associated with cancelled charters, affiliates, travel agencies, and all referrals are then given half of the commission that is due for all cancelled charters (by clients or by owners).
The base rate is 20% from our comission on a sucesfully booked charter. Full breakdown of your earnings can be tracked in your dashboard.

A quote request is triggered automatically when someone referred using your affiliate ID (or returning within 365 days of their first visit) submits a request for pricing. The value will initially show in your account as $0, and if the charter confirms, our team will update your earned commission accordingly.
